Study On The Risk Management Of Tax Audit In Qujing Tax Burea

The times are advancing,and the tax system also needs to be in line with the development of the times.Especially after the merger of tax authorities,the tax inspectors put forward new requirements for law enforcement personnel.In order to further standardize the behavior of tax inspection and reduce the risk of tax inspection,Qujing City Taxation Bureau based on its own perspective,actively seek ways to reduce the risk of inspection,at the same time,inspectors are required to adapt to the era of continuous development and progress,find out their own shortcomings,constantly update progress to strengthen the quality of business.From the point of view of inspectors,this paper uses the definition of tax risk and the theory of internal control to combine the author's practical cases in the audit work.Based on the previous analysis,it is concluded that in the specific work,we should thoroughly optimize and perfect the audit risk control measures of Qujing tax bureau,including perfecting the external risk control measures,perfecting the internal risk control system,optimizing the organization system,defining the post responsibility system,establishing the technical support platform and strengthening the cooperation mechanism of the departments.Based on the actual work,this paper analyzes the existing system and audit risk in the aspect of tax audit risk,and puts forward that in the concrete work,we should strictly follow the procedural law and relevant laws and regulations to work,constantly improve the relevant procedures in tax work,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the audit work to a certain extent,while putting forward further thinking the prevention of audit risk in the future.
