Research On The Securitization Of Internet Consumer Financial Assets In China

In recent years,Internet consumer finance has grown exponentially in China.However,the capital strength of enterprises can not support its rapid development.At the same time,its financing channels are few and the cost is high.The emergence of asset securitization makes such enterprises solve the problem that financing is difficult and expensive,and activate the assets with poor liquidity.At present,the asset securitization of Internet consumer finance represented by e-commerce platform has become an indispensable part of asset securitization market in China.However,due to the short development time of Internet consumer financial asset securitization,there are still many deficiencies in product design and Institutional system improvement.Therefore,this paper takes the actual case as the research object and makes an in-depth analysis of the operation of Internet consumer financial asset securitization in China,which is conducive to the further development of Internet consumer financial asset securitization.This paper takes Ant Huabei 49 th consumer credit financing asset support special plan of Chongqing ant small and micro credit Co.,Ltd.,which is the largest issuing company of Zhejiang ant small and Micro Financial Services Group Co.,Ltd.,as the analysis object.This paper first reviews the relevant theories of Internet consumer financial asset securitization.Then it introduces the case of Ant Huabei asset support special plan,including the background of the special plan,relevant policies,relevant participants,operation process and asset-backed securities structure.And this paper also analyzes the case in depth,mainly including the special plan of basic assets,credit enhancement measures,related risks,product pricing and existing problems.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the special plan,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the securitization of Internet consumer financial assets in China,which are to introduce blockchain technology,reduce the threshold of investors' access,establish a unified trading platform,increase registered capital,narrow issuing scale,expand credit enhancement measures,improve credit rating system and improve information disclosure mechanism,so as to provide some reference for the securitization of Internet consumer financial assets in China.
