| China’s economic development is in a period of transition.In order to develop a green economy,the party’s 19 th National Congress report proposes to accelerate the establishment of a legal system and policy orientation for green production and consumption,and to establish and improve an economic system for green and lowcarbon recycling.At the mean time,it’s an important strategic task for national economic and social development to build a resource-conserving and environmentfriendly society.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of “two-oriented society” and promote the development of green industries and green economy,it’s needed to rationally formulate “two-oriented society” construction policy,to promote enterprises to carry out green technology innovation and to improve the performance of enterprise green technology innovation,for common development of green economy.In order to discuss the influence path of the “two-oriented society” construction policy on the enterprise green technology innovation,this thesis analyzed the research status of the “two-type society” construction policy and the enterprise green technology innovation,and put forward the research hypothesis and constructs through theoretical analysis.It designed the conceptual model with the enterprise as the research object,analyzed the data by SPSS and AMOS,and verified the research hypothesis by the structural equation model.This thesis mainly discussed:(1)The impact of the “twooriented society” construction policy on the green technology innovation behavior and performance of the enterprise,and divided the “two-oriented society” construction policy into resource-saving policy and environmental-friendly policy.(2)The enterprise green technology innovation behavior was divided into green product innovation behavior and green process technology innovation behavior,and its intermediary role between “two-oriented society” construction policy and enterprise green technology innovation performance was studied.(3)Enterprise green technology innovation performance was divided into economic performance and environmental performance,for further study of the internal impact mechanism of the “two-oriented society” construction policy on enterprise green technology innovation performance.Through the discussion of the three issues,the relevant results reached are:(1)The “two-oriented society” construction policy has a significant positive effect on the green technology innovation performance of enterprises.(2)The “two-oriented society” construction policy has different influence path on enterprise green technology innovation.Among which,resource-saving policy and environmentally-friendly policy have a direct impact on enterprise environmental performance and have no direct impact on enterprise economic performance.(3)The extent to enterprise green technology innovation which “two-oriented society” construction policy affects is different.Resource-saving policy has a greater impact on enterprise green technology innovation performance,while environmentally-friendly policy has a greater impact on enterprise green technology innovation behavior.(4)The intermediary role of enterprise green technology innovation behavior between “two-oriented society” construction policy and the green technology innovation performance of enterprise is significant.Among them,resource-saving policy and environmental-friendly policy only affect enterprise economic performance positively through the intermediary role of enterprise green technology innovation behavior.Based on the conclusions reached,relevant policy recommendations were put forward for “two-oriented society” construction policy to better promote the development of enterprise green technology innovation. |
