Research On The Management Of Occupational Pension Fund

Occupational pension is the pension of professional people,which is different from the public pension insurance.It is a pension welfare system mainly based on the basic old-age pension,and it is the second pillar of China's pension industry.Since2011,the occupational pension system has been officially implemented in government-sponsored institutions in China.Because the salary system,pension attributes and reform process of government agencies and public institutions are basically the same,the occupational pension plan in China generally refers to the supplementary pension system of government agencies and public institutions.The purpose of occupational pension plan is to maintain and increase the value,so how to manage and operate the fund effectively is the focus of this paper.This paper systematically combs the model of occupational pension fund management,investment management,regulatory system,tax policy and other perspectives,explores the problems and reasons faced by the management and reform of occupational pension fund,and specifically analyzes the operation process,fund supervision,information disclosure management,transparency of deposit ratio and other issues.Simultaneously,in order to improve the management system of occupational pension fund,this paper explores the following four aspects: refining the supervision system,improving the management efficiency of pension fund in financial institutions,strengthening the internal management of operation,and establishing the information disclosure and administrative supervision mechanism.It shows that the functional departments of the government are the main body of fund management and operation.The functional departments make reasonable policies and measures,whichplay an important role in optimizing the sustainable development of occupational pension fund.
