Poverty Reduction Effect And Optimization Path Of Agricultural Credit Rationing

China's poverty alleviation work has made great achievements through the continuous efforts of governments at all levels.However,in reality,China's poverty alleviation work still presents a more severe situation and has entered a critical phase.Therefore,poverty alleviation cannot slack.Among them,financial poverty alleviation is the most important poverty alleviation policy,and it plays an important role in the solution of poverty in rural areas.As a key element in the development of rural finance,credit rationing needs more attention to the impact of poverty in rural areas.This article mainly uses agricultural credit rationing as a starting point to explore the relevant path that agricultural credit may affect rural poverty,and uses the common panel model,GMM dynamic panel model and panel threshold model for empirical analysis and research,and proposes appropriate optimization of agricultural credit rationing.Relevant recommendations for the path of poverty reduction effects.The results of empirical research show that: First,in most cases,there is a positive correlation between the degree of agricultural credit rationing and rural poverty,but there are also special cases with negative correlations,which need to be based on different stages of rural economic development.It depends on the specific conditions of different regions.Second,under certain circumstances,the effect of simply increasing the scale of agricultural loans on rural poverty alleviation is not obvious.Third,the promotion of agricultural loans to farmers' incomes has a certain effect of time lag and does not play an immediate role.Fourth,improving rural infrastructure construction,increasing human capital investment in rural areas,and expanding agricultural mechanization and other measures have also played a positive role in mitigating rural poverty.Finally,through the research results,we found that by constructing a differentiated financial support system,improving the mortgage loan credit system,innovating the agriculture-related financial service system,strengthening rural infrastructure construction,expanding human capital investment,and improving agricultural promotion technology policies,Effectively optimize the role of credit rationing to reduce poverty,thereby improving the efficiency of financial poverty alleviation,and then promote the continuous development of the rural economy,and ultimately achieve the important goal of poverty reduction.
