Small and micro enterprises are one of the main bodies of creating social wealth in China.They play an indispensable role in solving the employment,promoting the steady and rapid development of the national economy,and promoting social harmony.In recent years,China has become more and more helpful and supportive to small and micro enterprises,and strive to solve the current problems in their development,including tax cuts,fee reductions,and expansion of direct financing channels.As a bank employee,I can clearly feel that the outstanding problem of financing for small and micro enterprises has undergone tremendous changes in this process.Now,it is not difficult for small and micro enterprises to apply for bank loans.Many banks even do their best to conduct make loans at the same time for a high-quality small and micro enterprise customer.How to get the favor of the target customer group under this circumstance,and let the customer choose to make loans in our bank is the key to solving the marketing problem of the loan business of the small and micro enterprise and the number of customers.This paper sorts out and summarizes the marketing-related theories and the marketing theory of loan business of small and micro enterprises.Through the standardization,it deeply studies the marketing strategy of credit granting business of small and micro enterprises in H Bank L Sub-Branch,and formulates a systematic and effective loan marketing method for small and micro enterprises to promote our development of loan business and competitive.Based on the theory of service marketing,this paper discusses the marketing strategy of loan business of small and micro enterprises in H Bank L Sub-Branch.The first part focuses on the background and significance,content and methods;The second part briefly introduces the theory of service marketing and the theoretical basis of commercial banking service marketing;the third part mainly analyzes the marketing environment of loan business of small and micro enterprises of H Bank L Sub-Branch through SWOT theory;the fourth part is the loan business of H Bank L Sub-Branch STP strategy analysis;The fifth part is based on the 7P service marketing theory to formulate marketing strategy of small and microenterprises for H bank L Sub-Branch;the last part of this paper summarizes the research results and prospects for the good development of loan business of H Bank L Sub-Branch.
