| Compensation management is an important module of human resource management,and compensation incentive is the most important and common incentive means and methods for employees.With the continuous deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the traditional salary management model has been unable to meet the needs of the future development of enterprises.After the 1990 s,the salary management began to change,emphasizing the initiative,cooperation and creativity of employees.The introduction of broadband salary has been sought after by major enterprises.Broadband salary takes the post value as one of the determining factors of salary,encourages employees to improve the level of technology,knowledge and skills,avoids promoting employees’ income and social status through simple post promotion,and can mobilize employees’ work enthusiasm to a great extent.For enterprises,the broadband salary system can reduce the management level,improve the efficiency of information transmission,reduce the management cost,and encourage employees to improve the level of professional technology,so that the human resources of enterprises can be retained and cultivated.Based on this,many enterprises introduce broadband compensation into the enterprise compensation design,which is used to motivate employees to create more value for the enterprise.K Company is an enterprise engaged in construction,mainly engaged in housing construction,real estate development and other related businesses.At present,under the salary management system of the company,the main way is that the salary of the employees is directly linked to the position level.If the employees want to improve their income,they can only get it through job promotion.However,the number of positions in the company is limited,which leads to the increase of the salary income of most employees that cannot be used.As a result,theenthusiasm of the employees decreases and the turnover rate increases,especially the reluctance to engage in field construction Due to the serious loss of high-quality professional and technical talents due to salary problems,how to solve the unreasonable phenomenon of salary has become an urgent problem for K company.This paper takes K Company as the research object,based on the theory of broad band salary,investigates and analyzes the current salary system of K company,finds out the problems existing in the company’s salary management,and puts forward solutions,and draws the following conclusions:1.K Company is a flat organizational structure with the improvement of core competitiveness as its business strategy.Because it is in the period of growth and development,the company pays attention to the number of employees People’s ability and value concept,pay attention to the cultivation of compound technical talents.In line with the applicable conditions of broadband salary,broadband salary system can be adopted.2.In the design process of broadband salary system,"Heidegger three factor evaluation method" is adopted;budget guarantee,personnel guarantee and supporting scientific management are adopted in the implementation of the system.On the basis of scientific analysis,the broadband salary system suitable for the development of K Company is designed.3.The change of salary system is a linkage process,and the company’s internal support and cooperation only in a short period of time can not make the broadband salary system play a role.We need to take the system construction as the guarantee to provide the standardized and compulsory basis for the smooth implementation of broadband salary.The significance of this paper is to optimize and design a compensation system based on broadband compensation theory that can meet the needs of K company’s future development through systematic analysis of K company’s development status,to change the existing problems of K company,such as serious official standard thought andexcessive loss of technical backbone due to compensation,so that K company can retain talents,so as to improve the core competitiveness of the market K company’s salary management research based on broadband salary theory provides certain reference for other enterprises in the same industry. |
