Study On The Governance Of Rural Collective Economic Organizationfrom The Perspective Of“Unity Between Human And Nature”

Socialist public ownership is a basic economic system in China,rural collective economy is an important part of socialist public ownership economy,rural collective economic organization is the carrier of developing and expanding rural collective economy,it is an important organizational force in rural society.The rural collective economic organization is developed from the people's commune,and its biggest feature is to adhere to the collective ownership of land,its functions of economic,cultural,social,political and ecological has a strong role in promoting the realization of the economic interests of farmers,the cultivation of the democratic consciousness of farmers,the promotion of rural cultural construction,the maintenance of rural social stability,and the protection of rural ecology.We cannot ignore the construction and development of rural collective economic organizations.The “Unity between human and nature” is an important philosophy to deal with the relationship between man and nature,between man and society,and between man and man,it is also a bridge between subject and object.The “Unity between human and nature” is rooted in Chinese agricultural civilization.It is the guiding ideology of ancient Chinese agriculture and has had a significant impact on ancient production and life.The “Unity between human and nature” still has important natural ecological value and humanistic social value in contemporary times.Its natural ecological value has become the theoretical basis of today's sustainable development and ecological civilization construction;its humanistic social value has become the ideological source of regulating personal value and social value and governing the country.In the construction and reform of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we need to absorb the essence of all the excellent cultural thoughts at home and abroad.The “Unity between human and nature” as an important concept in Chinese traditional culture can play an important guiding role in the governance of rural collective economic organizations.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results,this paper based on the principle of Marxist political economy to analyzes how to govern the rural collective economic organizations from the perspective of the “Unity between human and nature” with the methods of document analysis and historical demonstration.Through the method of document analysis,we try to establish connection between the “Unity between human and nature” and the governance of rural collective economic organizations,and through multiple argumentation to analyze how the problems in the development of rural collective economic organizations can be properly solved from the perspective of the “Unity between human and nature”;through the historical empirical method,we try to find the content that runs through ancient and modern times and consistent with each other.We can analyze the causes of some major problems in the governance of rural collective economic organizations from the root causes,and acquired enlightenment and reference from history,and achieve the purpose of making the past serve the present.In the governance of rural collective economic organizations,we should first make clear the practical dilemma of governance,and then determine the governance content,objectives and principles.At present,,there are some realistic problems in the development of rural collective economic organizations: worsening rural natural environment,the construction of rural ecological civilization needs to be strengthened;“separation” is more important than “unification” in the basic management system;the relationship between urban and rural areas is still in binary opposition,the integration of urban and rural areas still needs to be strengthened;a lack of talents in rural collective economic organizations,the new vocational farmers need to be cultivated;the subjective consciousness of farmers is still weak and need to be cultivated.Through the analysis of these problems,we can make clear that the goal of governance is to achieve the political goal by strengthening the leading role of rural grass-roots party organizations in rural undertakings;to achieve the economic goal by developing modern agriculture and improving the industrial layout,and promoting the increase of farmers' income;to achieve the cultural goal by promoting the construction of rural culture;to achieve the social goals by improving the rural social security system and promoting the improvement of rural public services;to achieve the ecological goal by building beautiful new countryside of ecological livability and building rural ecological civilization.At the same time,we must adhere to the basic principles of people-oriented,collectivism,the main body of farmers,and the leadership of the party in the process of governance.The “Unity between human and nature” contains abundant governance view,mainly including dealing with the relationship between man and nature with the view of harmony;dealing with the relationship between man and society with the view of collective;dealing with the relationship between man and man with the view of benevolence;dealing with the relationship between man and himself with the view of self-cultivation.Through the governance concept of “Unity between human and nature”,we continue to analyze the relationship between “Unity between human and nature” and rural ecological civilization construction,agricultural development,rural construction,farmer development and other issues,as well as the enlightenment of “Unity between human and nature” on these issues.The concept of “Unity between human and nature” can regulate the rural collective economic organization community,develop the rural productivity and adjust the rural production relations.To this end,we should provide some governance ideas: in politics,unswervingly consolidate and strengthen the leadership of the party,improve the construction of grass-roots party organizations;in economy,adapt to the needs of scientific farming,deeply implement the concept of green development;in ecology,pay attention to the protection of rural ecological environment,and strive to promote the construction of rural ecological civilization;in humanity,advocate the spirit of collectivism,and carry forward the socialist with Chinese characteristics core values of justice.
