Under the new economic development situation,the rapid application development of big data,intelligence,and Internet of Things technologies has opened up a large blue ocean for communications operators’ traffic business operations.However,as the domestic traffic business marketing market order becomes more standardized,the traditional traffic marketing methods are no longer suitable for the current marketing market.It is necessary to innovate the traffic business marketing methods to adapt to the new competitive environment.Therefore,this research focuses on the important opportunities of 5G technology,and uses a variety of research methods such as literature data method and case analysis method to explore the traffic business marketing strategy of Xuzhou Mobile Company.The research has important theoretical and practical value.Based on customer-related value theory,experiential marketing theory,STP and marketing mix theory and other marketing-related theories,this paper selects Xuzhou Mobile Company as the research object,combines the current status of its traffic business marketing,and explores the problems existing in its current marketing strategy for traffic business.Propose corresponding marketing optimization strategies.First of all,combined with the current status of Xuzhou Mobile’s traffic business marketing,from the four aspects of product,price,channel,and promotion,it analyzes the current traffic marketing issues.Secondly,a comprehensive analysis of the marketing environment in which Xuzhou Mobile’s traffic business is conducted by comprehensively using a variety of analysis tools: from the political,economic,social,and technological aspects,the macro environment of Xuzhou Mobile’s traffic business marketing is analyzed.,The main competitors,target customers and other three aspects of the analysis of the micro-environment;combined with the actual operation of Xuzhou Mobile Company,analyze its business marketing advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,to clarify the traffic business marketing ideas of Xuzhou Mobile Company.Based on the above analysis,put forward suggestions for the optimization of traffic business marketing of Xuzhou Mobile.First,put forward the optimization goals of Xuzhou Mobile’s traffic business marketing strategy.Second,put forward specific optimization strategy recommendations: product strategy optimization,including strengthening product innovation,improving service experience,andbuilding brand advantages;price strategy optimization,including customer classified pricing,Value pricing of high-traffic customers,non-price competitive marketing of loyal customers;optimization of channel sales strategies,including optimization of existing channels,optimization of social channels,optimization of direct sales channels,optimization of group customer channels,optimization of electronic channels;Including the promotion strategy optimization of physical business outlets and the promotion strategy optimization of online business offices.Finally,in order to explore the optimized marketing effect of XG Mobile ’s 4G traffic business,specific implementation steps are proposed,and a series of safeguard measures are proposed,including optimizing the company’s marketing organization structure,increasing market operation investment,and marketing talents and knowledge.Reserves,etc.,ensure the smooth implementation of Xuzhou Mobile’s traffic business marketing plan,enhance Xuzhou Mobile’s marketing competitiveness,and also lay a good marketing environment for the company’s future 5G traffic business.
