The digital economy is mainly an economic system in which the widespread use of digital technology has driven the transformation of the entire economic environment and economic activities.The current development speed of e-commerce is further accelerating,and the traditional retail industry has received a big impact.If it does not conform to the development of the digital economy,it will affect the profits of retail enterprises.Therefore,the marketing model and marketing means of innovative retail enterprises are crucial.important.Although many retail companies have implemented e-commerce,they have achieved certain results,but there are still some problems.Based on this,it is necessary to discuss the marketing strategy of Hangzhou Jiebai Group in the context of digital economy.This paper mainly analyzes the marketing strategy of Hangzhou Jiebai Group under the background of digital economy.Firstly,it expounds the research background,the research status at home and abroad,etc.,and provides the basis for the writing of this paper.Then it analyzes the related theories,mainly involving e-commerce theory and market.Orientation theory,etc.;after analyzing the marketing status of Hangzhou Jiebai Group,analyzing the current situation of retail marketing,analyzing the marketing status of Hangzhou Jiebai Group;then discussing the marketing environment of Hangzhou Jiebai Group It mainly discusses from the macro environment and micro environment.Finally,based on the previous analysis,it proposes to understand the marketing strategy of Bai Group.Through analysis,it is found that in the digital economy environment,the traditional retail industry has suffered a big impact.Although Hangzhou Jiebai Group has achieved certain marketing effects and network marketing channels have been further expanded,there are still some problems,including the lag of marketing concepts.The single marketing model,etc.,all seriously restrict the development of the marketing business of Hangzhou Jiebai Group.Although the current solution has its own advantages,it also faces some threats and challenges.Based on this,this paper proposes corresponding marketing strategies,including innovative marketing concepts,and strengthening training for network marketing talents,in order to further enhance the marketing level of Jiebai Group.
