China's wire and cable market has been growing at a rapid rate for 15 consecutive years.Under the sluggish real estate market,construction cables are decreasing and the role of local cables is also weakening.In order to alleviate this shortcoming in economic development,China has increased The investment in facility construction has significantly enhanced the leading role of the power sector in the cable industry.The cable market has ushered in new developments,and many companies have also begun to enter the cable market,which has further aggravated competition in the cable industry.Although Lanzhou Zhongbang Wire and Cable Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Zhongbang Cable Group)has formed a certain scale after years of development,there are still many problems in the organizational structure,management and capital operation,etc.The transformation of the mechanism and the formulation of effective competition strategies can effectively face the changes in the market economic environment,which also puts forward higher requirements for the managers of enterprises.This article uses the strategic analysis method to analyze the competitive strategy of Zhongbang Cable Group.Firstly,the research background,research significance,research status and research methods of this paper are described.Secondly,the relevant theories are explained,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for this research.The existing problems were analyzed in detail;the development environment of Zhongbang Cable Group was analyzed using the PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model,and the internal environment of Zhongbang Cable Group was analyzed from the organization and operating status of the enterprise.Then it conducted a SWOT analysis of Zhongbang Cable Group,analyzed the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages it faced,put forward the goals of Zhongbang Cable Group's competitive strategy and formulated specific implementation measures.Finally,the guarantee measures for the implementation of competitive strategy are put forward from the aspects of perfecting basic management,perfecting marketing and service system,perfecting human resource system and corporate environmental control.This study proposed specific competitive strategies for Zhongbang Cable and promoted the formulation of Zhongbang Cable Group's competitive strategy.The research results found that Zhongbang Cable Group has advantages in brand,sales service,product diversification and technology,and has disadvantages in productadded value,customer group,human resources management and other aspects.Cost-leading strategy and differentiation strategy to achieve competitive advantage.Enterprises must pay attention to the formulation of competitive strategies and timely adjust their competitive strategies,which is very important for the development of enterprises.This research has very important research significance.First,it provides reference and reference for Zhongbang Cable Group to participate in market competition and enhance competitiveness in the future.The second is the research and design of the competition strategy of Zhongbang Cable Group,which can provide reference and reference for other cable companies in formulating strategies.
