Research On The Improvement Path Of Corporate Innovation Performance From The Perspective Of The Evolutionary Characteristics Of Absorptive Capacity

In the context of informatization and globalization,external knowledge acquisition has become an important source for companies to maintain their competitive advantage.Among them,absorptive capacity is considered to be the main factor for the success of corporate innovation.This paper adopts a case study method,based on the combing of the theory of absorptive capacity,taking the ChangjiangRunfa Health Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the characteristics of the evolution of the enterprise's absorptive capacity and the path of the evolution of the absorptive capacity to improve the innovation performance of the company.The research results show that absorptive capacity can be divided into three progressive stages: exploratory learning stage,transformational learning stage and developmental learning stage.The three learning processes are interdependent and support each other,which is an organic whole.The exploratory learning stage helps companies acquire new technologies and new knowledge,inspires companies to adjust strategies quickly and flexibly to take advantage of first-mover advantage,thereby enabling companies to improve innovation performance.The transformational learning stage screens knowledge,and then integrates the knowledge into activities such as product upgrades,service innovations,and process improvements to promote the improvement of corporate innovation performance.The developmental learning stage focuses on the mining and application of existing knowledge,technology and capabilities of the enterprise,and expands the creative potential of the enterprise from the perspective of marketing,which directly promotes innovation performance.And on this basis,the theoretical framework of innovation performance improvement path from the perspective of the evolution of absorptive capacity is established.The research conclusion has theoretical and practical guiding significance for enriching the theory of absorptive capacity,guiding the improvement of corporate innovation performance,and promoting corporate knowledge learning.
