| As a new technology,with the development of mobile Internet,QR code has been widely used in various industry fields,recognized by the majority of users.Code scanning guide is a convenient way for tourists to use mobile phone scanning QR code to get information in scenic spot.Due to the peculiar application of QR code in scenic spots,the requirements of context are relatively high,which makes an important proposition that the academic circles should pay attention to,and it is also the key to the popularization and application of QR code,which makes it necessary to explore the influence of use context on the users’ intention of the code scanning tour guide.Firstly,this paper expounds the practice and theoretical background of the research.Secondly,discusses the relevant theories such as the existing Technology Acceptance Model,clarifies the logical context of the existing research,defines use context,attitude faith,technology readiness,and so on.On the basis of the core concepts such as technology readiness,this paper constructs the theoretical model of this study with use context as the trigger point.Finally,under the background of the application of QR code technology in scenic spots,the influence of use context on attitude faith is discussed.The influence of attitude beliefs on intention and the influence of technology readiness on use context and attitude beliefs were analyzed and 12 hypotheses were put forward.406 valid questionnaires were collected by questionnaire.Using SPSS20.0 and AMOS22.0 to carry on the empirical analysis,finally supported 11 hypotheses.The results of this study are as follows:(1)use context has positive effects on perceived usefulness,perception mobility and perceived interactivity;(2)perceived usefulness,perceived interactivity and perceived mobility have positive effects on the intention of user’s scanning guide;(3)perceived usefulness,perceived interactivity and perceived mobility,part mediates the positive influence between use context and intention of user’s scanning guide;(4)technology readiness plays a negative regulating role in use context and perceived mobility.This paper reveals the mechanism of use context to intention of tourist guide with the application of QR code in the scenic spot.All in all,on the theoretical level,this study will integrate influence of use context,technology readiness and Technology Adoption Model,discussed the mechanism of use context and intention of user’s guide,from both subjective and objective perspectives analyze the influence of attitudes beliefs and use context for use intention,and explore attitude beliefs play regulating role in use context and use intention,and play a mediate role in attitude beliefs and use intention.This will perfect the research on the adoption of QR code,and enrich the development of theoretical knowledge in this field.At the practical level,the above research results provide practical guidance for the application of QR code in scenic spots,which can provide a new idea for improving and improving the design and popularization of QR code.At the same time,it provides some suggestions on how to optimize the application of QR code,in order to provide guidance for enterprises to carry out the related application of technology effectively. |
