Research On Valuation And Application Of Drug Projecet Transfer

With the continuous development of China's pharmaceutical industry,the transfer of pharmaceutical projects has gradually become an important means for pharmaceutical enterprises to obtain new products,enhance their own strength and maintain the advantages of the industry.Fair and reasonable drug project transfer can not only stimulate the enthusiasm of R & D personnel and increase the profits of pharmaceutical enterprises,but also help to ensure the capital of R & D projects and quickly enter the market,and create value for patients and society.The valuation of drug projects as the basis of transfer is of great significance to both R & D institutions and pharmaceutical enterprises.This paper first introduces four widely used investment methods,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each investment method.On this basis,three transfer cases in different stages of drug research and development are selected as the object of valuation study,and the rationality of the original transfer valuation is analyzed through the revaluation of the three projects,and the modification suggestions are put forward.This paper summarizes the valuation characteristics of drug R & D projects in each stage with the help of the case valuation study,and gives the corresponding key points of valuation and suggestions on transaction structure,so as to provide reference for the practical application of transfer valuation of drug projects.Based on the discussion of valuation results,this paper puts forward the idea that capital investment,intelligence investment and risktaking can be used to determine the income distribution between the buyer and the seller.At the same time,the valuation results are used to extend the application from the perspective of changes in risk value and value cost.Through the research on the valuation and application of drug project transfer,on the one hand,it provides theoretical and practical reference for both sides of drug project transfer,on the other hand,it enriches the research content in the field of drug project value evaluation.
