In March 2008,M branch of postal savings bank was formally established and started small loan business.Over the past 11 years,M branch of postal savings bank has increased its investment in real economy credit and continued to support the financial needs of "small and medium-sized micro farmers" around the overall situation of regional economic and social development.With the large number of small loans,a large number of overdue loans appear and form bad.In addition,the financial "disintermediation",interest rate marketization,Internet Finance popularity,financial market competition intensifies,which makes the market environment for the development of small credit more complex and requires higher risk management and control ability of banks,while the state also puts forward higher requirements for the stable development of the financial industry.How to fulfill the mission of Inclusive Finance better,realize the sustainable development of small loans and support the local economic development under the new market environment has become an urgent problem for M branch of postal savings bank.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the small loan of m branch of Postal Savings Bank,and analyzes the competition environment of the small loan of m branch through the five competitive forces model,combining the non-performing loan cases,points out some problems in the management of non-performing loans in m branch,and makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems in the management of non-performing loans from the aspects of external environment and internal factors of commercial banks,with the help of SWOT theory,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of branch M of postal savings bank in the management of non-performing loans in microfinance,and puts forward that in the management of non-performing loans in branch M,in addition to dealing with non-performing loans in microfinance through classification,we should improve the efficiency of asset disposal,innovate the disposal methods of non-performing loans and improve the write-off system of non-performing loans to reduce the stock of non-performing loans,to control the increase of non-performing loans and solve the root cause of non-performing loans,we should carry out the duties of key posts,improve the comprehensive quality of credit personnel and reduce the risk of Information asymmetry.The results of this study have a strong operational and targeted significance for the operation and management of branches and grass-roots branches.There are 22 figures,3 tables,67 references.
