Effectively motivating technical personnel and improving the innovation performance of enterprises through appropriate methods have become the key to the formation of competitive advantages.Compared with traditional incentives such as salary and bonus,equity incentives have advantages in reducing or eliminating shortterm behaviors and promoting incentive objects to engage in production activities in accordance with the principle of maximizing shareholders' interests.However,unreasonable amount incentives may lead to the failure to achieve effective.Software and information service companies have higher requirements for the speed and quality of innovation,but the existing research has rarely discussed the mediation effects of the technical staff's efforts and the R & D results.Based on theoretical analysis,this paper used software and information service related data to discuss and analyze the impact of key variables such as equity incentive strength on corporate innovation performance and its mechanism.This paper builds a tandem intermediary model of the impact of equity incentive strength on corporate innovation performance through literature review and mechanism analysis.Relying on the software and information service companies and technical support companies.This paper collected and collated 284 valid questionnaires,and comprehensively applied SPSS and regression analysis on the data,and the research holds that: There is a positive correlation between the effect of equity incentive strength on the technical staff's effort.The level of technical staff's efforts has a positive impact on R & D results.R & D results have a positive impact on the innovation performance of the company.There is a complex relationship between the strength of equity incentives and corporate innovation performance,and the direction of action depends on the efforts of technical staff and R & D results.This thesis analyzes the relationship between technical staff equity incentives and innovation performance.This research helps the company's management to understand the innovation performance of the equity incentive system and technical personnel and adopt the appropriate strength of equity incentivesto supplement the shareholder incentive system to provide theoretical support for the company's development.
