| General Secretary Xi Jinping stresses in report of the 19 th Party Congress,We will improve the financial regulatory system to forestall systemic financial risks.With the globalization of financial products and the increasing abundance of financial services products,the financial activities of commercial banks are becoming more and more complex,and operational risks have become the main risks faced by commercial banks.Therefore,it is a major research value of China’s commercial banks to e construct and perfect the operational risk management system of commercial banks,to put an end to the occurrence of operational risk events,to reduce operational risk exposure and to reduce the loss of operational risk.Taking ABC Bank as a case study,this article introduces ABC Bank’s existing operational risk management system.According to the analysis and research of the current situation and problems of ABC Bank’s operational risk management,it is found that ABC bank’s existing problems in the regards of operational risk management,which are lack of dynamic management mechanism,lack of unified and standardized process,and single tool on operational risk management quantitative analysis.Based on the internal control of COSO and the Basel Accord theory,combined with the experience and experience of the author’s job,this article is proposed to optimize the management system of ABC Bank’s operational risk management in order to address the current problems of ABC Bank’s operational risks,such as by way of combing the process analysis and management,risk identification indicator with the operation process so as to create dynamic mechanism for operational risk management.Assigning score to the risk identification indicator so as to reach the target of quantitative analysis of risk assessment.By optimizing ABC Bank’s existing operational risk management system,it can improve the efficiency of the bank’s operational risk management,reduce operational risk exposure and potential risk events,and reduce the risk of loss. |
