Research On The Threshold Effect Of The Impact Of Industrial Collaborative Agglomeration On Green Innovation

Manufacturing and producer services are important components of national economies.In recent years,the global economic development has gradually shifted from being dominated by manufacturing to being jointly dominated by manufacturing and services.The new industrial spatial distribution model of collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing and producer services has also gained more and more recognition and attention.In the "industrial economy" to "service-oriented economy",under the world trend of service industry especially the productive service industry has become an important driving force in manufacturing,two spatial distribution of industry also gradually incline to gather,cooperation between industry agglomeration is conducive to industrial linkage effect of scale,the benign interaction,through the knowledge spillover effect promotion of promote each other and raise efficiency of regional innovation.In addition,low energy consumption and cleanliness are the future transformation direction of China’s manufacturing industry.The establishment of industrial collaborative agglomeration areas is conducive to the popularization and application of clean new technologies among industries,and provides a good platform and environment for the promotion of local green innovation.In terms of theoretical analysis,this paper sets up domestic and foreign literature on the impact of industrial synergetic agglomeration on green innovation,proposes the threshold effect of industrial synergy agglomeration on green innovation from the perspective of human capital,and conducts a mechanism analysis.Manufacturing industry and producer services that the agglomeration of human capital regional agglomeration effect,incentive effect and knowledge spillovers,human capital level of ascension is to grasp the future regional and industry development opportunity the most advantageous weapon,help industry to share knowledge,information,talent and technology,so as to promote the development of the green innovation activities between enterprises,raise the overall level of green innovation.At the same time,human capital level exceeds the demand and development limit of industrial agglomeration area,which will cause resource waste and efficiency loss due to crowding effect.Therefore,excessive human capital level also has the risk of inhibiting the effect of industrial collaborative agglomeration on green innovation.Empirically,this paper selects panel data of 30 provinces and cities from 2008 to 2017 to test the impact of industrial synergetic agglomeration on green innovation.Firstly,the paper makes a descriptive analysis of the current situation of collaborative agglomeration between manufacturing and productive services and the current situation of regional green innovation level.Second,dynamic regression model,this paper USES GMM for industry to gather together to validate the influence of green innovation,on the one hand,shows that industrial cluster of green innovation together to promote role,on the other hand also explains the industry agglomeration together does not necessarily show the positive effect of green innovation,need with the aid of human capital as a path,under the proper allocation of human capital level will produce positive promotion to green innovation;Finally,this paper USES the threshold effect model,by adding human capital threshold,the national,eastern,central and western regions to human capital in the role of industry cluster effect on green innovation together,threshold effect,according to the results of the human capital affects the industry agglomeration in different degrees on the role of green innovation,in a significant role in the national,eastern,central and western regions of the human capital threshold.Based on this,this paper puts forward the following specific policy Suggestions,which are to develop the local industrial agglomeration mode in a diversified way,promote the integration and improvement of the coordinated agglomeration policy between manufacturing and producer services and the local talent policy,and finally achieve the improvement of the green innovation level.
