As an effective means to motivate employees and increase their work enthusiasm,equity incentives are favored by more and more companies.In recent years,with the increasingly complete equity incentive system,more and more enterprises have begun to implement equity incentive plans.The software and information technology industry,as an industry that relies heavily on technology and talents,is rapidly being adopted by companies in the industry due to its ability to attract and retain core technical talents.The thesis takes GOSUNCN Technology Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as " GOSUNCN ")as the research object,and uses case analysis and event research methods to analyze the implementation effect of the five-phase equity incentive plan of GOSUNCN.In order to provide the company and other companies in the industry with reference methods or experience.Firstly,a total of five phases of equity incentives for high-tech companies since 2012 to now are sorted out and introduced in detail.Next,conduct in-depth analysis from financial indicators and non-financial indicators.In terms of financial indicators,the relevant indicators before and after the implementation of equity incentives by Gaoxin Company are analyzed from the four aspects of profitability,solvency,operational capabilities and development capabilities,and the industry average is added as a control to discuss the results of the implementation of equity incentives.effect.In terms of non-financial indicators,the paper uses a market model to calculate the excess return rate and cumulative excess return rate of each period of the draft equity incentive plan announcement,so as to determine the market response to the implementation of equity incentives.Secondly,it analyzes the company's R & D,operating expense ratio and investment after the implementation of equity incentives,and compares the incentive plans of each period.The paper analyzes and researches the equity incentive plans of Gaoxin Company through various periods and finds that the implementation of Gaoxin Company 's equity incentive has a significant positive impact on the improvement of the company 's profitability,operating capacity and other financial indicators.Have a certain wealth effect.The analysis also shows that incentivizing management personnel to promote the company 's R & D investment is more significant than incentivizing technical personnel;a longer validity period is more conducive to eliminating management 's short-sighted behavior than a shorter validity period,thereby promoting Introduce and improve the company's R & D and long-term investment efforts;when designing an equity incentive plan,set aside parts for new employees,which is more conducive to attracting talents to join.
