Research On The Impact Of Financialization Of Real Enterprises On R&D Investment Decisions

The disconnection between the virtual economy and the real economy is one of the prominent structural contradictions in China's economic development.The accumulation of corporate profits based on financialization channels has gradually become the dominant model for some corporate profits.This article aims at this phenomenon and studies the research and development of financial asset investment to enterprises.The impact of innovation activities,and the specific ways of impact.Using the case study method,taking Solareast Holdings Co.,Ltd.as the case,this paper analyzes the degree of financialization and research and development innovation investment in Solareast corporation,and discusses the motivation and influence of sunrise oriental financialization,and then studies the mechanism of the extrusion effect of Solareast corporation financialization on research and development investment,and finally puts forward some relevant suggestions.The study found that:Solareast corporation in the deterioration of the industry environment,began to carry out corporate financialization,the motivation is to seek higher returns,to achieve the purpose of preventive savings,and the second is to maximize the interests of shareholders,with financialization beautifying corporate performance,to achieve the ultimate equity reduction of cash out.Solareast corporation over-financialization affects research and development investment is mainly two aspects,one is cash flow,Solareast corporation funds most of the influx into the financial field,crowding out the original application of research and development investment funds;In summary,this paper puts forward the conclusion that the excessive financialization of physical enterprises will have a restraint effect on research and development investment.Above all,excessive financialization will inhibit the decision-making of research and development investment.
