| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the competition between enterprises has been fierce,and the operational risks that have followed have also increased.In the face of rapid changes in the business environment,most companies try to improve their competitiveness by optimizing their organizational structure and changing their business models.As one of the core functional departments of the enterprise,the internal audit department gradually expands from the verification of financial matters to the evaluation of management and decision-making effects,mainly from post-event audit,and advances to the supervision of the matter and prevention beforehand.Consulting business with advice to improve management and management,improve operational efficiency,and help companies achieve their ultimate goals.Therefore,in order to comply with the needs of enterprise development and internal audit work,traditional internal audit has gradually shifted to value-added internal audit.However,compared with Western countries,China’s internal audit work is lagging behind,and some enterprises have insufficient understanding of the role played by internal audit in enterprises.In addition,the internal audit department was originally set up under the mandatory provisions of government agencies.As a result,the internal audit department has becomeineffective within the enterprise and has not received sufficient attention and exertion.Especially in some state-owned enterprises,the audit work is equated or confused with the discipline inspection and supervision work,which blurs the functional orientation of the internal audit institution,not to mention the "participatory" audit,which makes the internal audit work lose its substantive significance.In the context of industrial transformation and upgrading,Zhejiang launched the “Phoenix Project” in October 2017,aiming to realize the industry“cage change for birds” and “phoenix nirvana” through the capital market,aiming at revitalizing the real economy and stimulating market vitality.Economic development has accelerated overall.In this context,H Group,as a leading state-owned holding company in the industry,was selected as a key listed company in Hangzhou.In the preparation process for the successful listing of the company in the future,the Group is in compliance with the efficiency and efficiency.It is required that the reform of the internal audit institution seems to be a long-term and long-term.This paper selects the state-owned H Group as the starting point,based on the development and status of internal audit,and on the basis of defining the related concepts of internal audit value appreciation,reviews the relevant theoretical research and functional evolution of internal audit,and analyzes the current internal audit of H Group.The existing problems and causes,combined with the development objectives of the internal audit of enterprises,explore the motivations of implementing value-added internal auditing in transition enterprises and how to build a “six-point” strategy,which is to solve the reforms and innovations that are currently faced in the development of Chinese enterprises.The problem has theoretical implications. |
