Although China's economy has achieved unprecedented development since the reform and opening up,many ecological problems have emerged.As we develop our economy rapidly,we must also protect the living environment that human beings depend on,including fresh water,the atmosphere,the ocean and forests.This enables our children and grandchildren to live and work on the present earth.As an indispensable part of the financial industry,commercial banks play a key role in sustainable development and play a vital role in the economic transformation of the country.In addition to laws and regulations to control environmental pollution and excessive energy consumption,we can also manage environmental pollution and energy issues from the perspective of capital investment,and support the ecological environment construction and environmental protection industry development from the perspective of capital investment.Many enterprises are gradually transforming and developing.The social significance of commercial banks in implementing green finance is greater than economic significance and fulfilling social enterprise responsibilities.However,commercial banks should also control credit risks and improve asset quality when developing green finance.This paper uses the case analysis method to select Huzhou G Commercial Bank for research.Through the environmental stress test of textile industry in Huzhou area,it is found that the textile industry is very sensitive to the increase of environmental cost.Often,a small increase in cost or a decrease in the average selling price will lead to the overall operation of the enterprise.Great fluctuations.Therefore,the potential risks in the industry are large,which poses a challenge to the risk prevention and control capabilities of commercial banks.Based on this,it gives advice and suggestions on how to manage credit risks in the process of commercial banks' later development of green finance.
