| With the changes in the spatial structure of the country and the rapid development of the social economy,the urban inefficient land use and the three old problems are becoming more and more serious,which seriously threatens the sustainable development of the city.Therefore,the application of the new development concept in urban planning,construction and development is particularly urgent..This paper takes Xiong’an New District as the research object.This paper firstly combines the concept and connotation of intensive use of construction land,and combines the Xiong’an area with the comparison of developed cities at home and abroad to construct an intensive use evaluation system for construction land,and analyzes 2007-2016.The change law and characteristics of intensive use of construction land in Xiong’an New District;secondly,BP neural network model was used to predict the intensive degree of Xiong’an New District in 2017,and the potential analysis of land use was carried out.Finally,the new development concept and intensive use were explored in combination with the requirements of new development concepts.The dynamic relationship,in turn,proposes the path and strategy for regulating the intensive use of construction land.The main findings are as follows:(1)This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of construction land use.The results show that the construction land consumption has maintained steady growth during2006-2016,and the average annual growth of construction land in 2017-2018 is about53.50 hectares.According to the structural analysis of construction land use,village land and urban land use accounted for nearly 80% of the total construction land,accounting for61.41% and 17.17% respectively.In terms of the intensity of construction land use,the overall construction intensity is low,and the gap between construction land fixed asset investment,urban and rural land economic density and regional urbanization rate is obvious.(2)Initially understand the intensive utilization level of Xiong’an New District and the changing characteristics of various indicators,and distinguish the utilization degree of different index elements from the intensive level.The intensive utilization level of construction land in Xiong’an New District shows an overall steady upward trend.Changes in absolute levels have undergone a transition from extensive to moderate intensification.(3)The comparative analysis of urban development between Xiong’an New District and Shenzhen,Pudong,Silicon Valley and Singapore not only reflects the spatial differences of construction land,but also reflects the unbalanced situation of regional de-velopment.Through the comparative analysis of urban development,it is found that the overall development level of Xiong’an New District is low,and the economic develop ment is still in the extensive development mode of land use,and the ideal value of this evaluation index is determined by comprehensive comparison.(4)Based on the gap between the present value and the ideal value and the ca calculation of the scale potential and economic potential of construction land,the time series of land use in Xiong’an New District is analyzed.The time series analysis shows the potential of construction land in Xiong’an New District presents the distribution law of gradually increasing radioactivity from three counties to all around. |
