Nowadays,many enterprises have some problems,such as unstable talent structure,low innovation ability and homogenization of products.Therefore,if the enterprise wants to thrive in the market,it must implement a specific incentive system for the R&D personnel who play a decisive role in product R&D.In many incentive mechanisms,the owners of enterprises prefer the equity incentive system,mainly because this system has a great positive effect on the improvement of the efficiency of enterprises,so it is of great significance to explore the relationship between equity incentive of R&D personnel and the improvement of innovation performance and business performance.Therefore,this paper selects Midea Group as the case,and adopts the methods of theoretical analysis and case analysis to study how Midea Group promotes the process of enterprise innovation capability upgrading by implementing equity incentive plan for R&D personnel.Because most of the analysis data come from the annual report and network arrangement of the enterprise,it is impossible to see the changes in the working state of employees after the implementation of equity incentive.Therefore,this paper tries to find the specific impact of data analysis on R&D personnel that can represent the working results of R&D personnel.Through the analysis of a series of indicators,this paper finds that Midea Group has carried out more than four years' work on R&D personnel After the incentive system,the support for R&D work has been increased.Midea Group has indeed made a rapid growth in innovation ability and efficiency improvement.In addition,this paper describes the realization process of Midea Group's innovation ability improvement by comparing Midea Group with its competitors in the same industry and comparing innovation performance with business performance.Finally,this paper summarizes the successful experience of R&D personnel equity incentive implementation of Midea Group and provides reference model for other enterprises.This paper introduces the specific content of Midea Group's four phase equity incentive in detail,and focuses on analyzing the impact of R&D personnel,a specific group,on innovation performance and business performance,enriching the research field of R&D personnel equity incentive.
