Research On Financial Control Based On Operation Finance Integration

With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous expansion of business scale of enterprise groups,many enterprises have embarked on the road of diversified development.The traditional means of financial management and control have fallen behind,which can not meet the requirements of modern enterprises' refined management.With the continuous improvement of the trend of business and financial integration,the integration of industry and finance has become the focus of current enterprise reform.As the goal of financial transformation,industry finance integration can provide strong support for the innovation of enterprise management mode.This paper adopts literature research and case analysis.Based on the previous studies on the integration of industry and finance and financial control,combined with the theories of process reengineering,information transmission and borderless concept,this paper discusses how to realize the integration of industry and finance and how to apply it to the financial control of enterprises,so as to create value for the operation and management of enterprises.On the basis of the above research theory and purpose,this paper constructs a financial control system framework based on industry finance integration.This system breaks the original management system of separating financial department and business department,takes integration as the main line,vigorously promotes the integration construction,and strengthens the centralized control of accounting,budget,capital and risk.It also introduces the construction,implementation and operation conditions of the framework in detail.In order to further reflect how the above system is applied in enterprises,this paper selects a communication company as a case study.Based on the current situation and problems of a communication company's financial management and control,and according to the construction ideas of the above system,this paper explores the practical application of the system in a communication company's financial management and control system.It also analyzes the effect and value of the construction and practice of the system framework.Based on the above research,we hope to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for enterprises that are or are preparing to carry out financial management and control reform and industry finance integration.
