Analysis Of Financing Strategy For Asset Restructuring Project Of N Military Enterprise

With the rapid development of China's capital market,asset restructuring has gradually become the focus of enterprises from all sorts of industry.In order to standardize the rules and methods to be followed in asset restructuring,the CSRC has put several relevant regulations into effect.However,whether the financing strategy of asset restructuring put forward by listed company will have a sustainable develop or not becomes the attention of theoretical research and regulatory authority.Financing brings the necessary funds for the survival and development of enterprises.In order to improve financing efficiency and achieve financing objectives,this paper studies the strategies of enterprise financing.In this paper,the N military enterprise,which was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and issued flotation successfully in 2004,started up asset restructuring in 2015,for the purpose of enhancing the capability of overall anti-risk and sustainable development.In December 2016,the enterprise completed asset restructuring,whose scale has been greatly increased.Based on the analysis of financial data and financing structure before and after the asset restructuring about the N military enterprise,this paper deeply research whether the financing strategy has improved the ability to resist risks and sustainable development.Firstly,this article integrates and analyzes the relevant theories of financing strategy.Then,EVA/SGR matrix model is used to compare the anti-risk ability and sustainable development of N military enterprise before and after asset restructuring.The successful points of it provides reference for similar enterprises in other related industries.The following conclusion can be drawn after a comprehensive analysis on relevant theories and examples.First of all,the N military enterprise has significantly improved its capability of anti-risk and sustainable development by repeatedly evaluating asset restructuring plans and integrating high-quality resources.Meanwhile,the N military enterprise combines the research of national policy direction,industry development and its own development strategy to adjust and formulate its financing strategy timely and get rid of the difficulty in management Therefore,the financing strategy of it provides significant reference for similar enterprises in other related industries.In addition,EVA/SGR matrix model has certain reference value in formulating corporate financing strategies.The model can be used as a more effective analysis and prediction tool in practical management,providing theoretical support for the economic decisions of corporate executives.
