A Study On The Financial Performance Of Listed Companies In NEEQ Logistics

With the rapid development of the world economy and the progress of modern science and technology,the logistics industry,as a new carrier of the national economy,is developing rapidly all over the world.At present,small and medium-sized logistics enterprises are in the stage from the beginning to the rapid development in our country.In the 21 st century,such a period of rapid economic development and information expansion,the information level of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises is directly related to the overall development of our national economy.However,the problems of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,such as less realizable assets and difficult financing,became the bottleneck of the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China.Until 2012 when the national equities exchange and quotations system(NEEQ)was officially launched,this problem was solved.At the same time,as an important platform for China's multi-level capital market to serve private small,medium and micro enterprises,the NEEQ should not be ignored in the face of increasing downward pressure on the macro economy.In the process of transformation and development,private small,medium and micro enterprises are faced with such prominent problems as high production and operation costs and difficulty in fund collection Logistics enterprise's financial performance improvement related problems become the focus of the attention from all walks of life,the financial report is an important means of modern logistics enterprises provide financial information,logistics enterprise information communication with the outside world through it,so by financial reports to make accurate financial performance analysis and prediction,and then put forward the feasible strategy is an important reality problem.This paper intends to select 13 logistics enterprises from the NEEQ,and make an in-depth analysis of these sample enterprises by using the four dimensions of financial performance and its 13 financial indicators.At the same time,taking Tianjin an da Logistics Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this paper comparison analyzes its financial performance and draws relevant conclusions based on sample analysis.The main research contents are as follows: first,the background and significance of the article are described;second,the financial performance and related theoretical basis of the NEEQ logistics listed companies are summarized;third,the financial performance indicators of13 sample enterprises in 2018 are analyzed,respectively from four financial ability indicators,including solvency,operating capacity,profitability and growth capacity;Fourth By taking Tianjin an da Logistics Co.,Ltd.as a case,this paper introduces the basic situation of the enterprise in terms of industry characteristics,development scale,advantages and disadvantages of itself,and then makes a vertical comparative analysis of the financial performance of the enterprise in 2016-2018;fifthly,the problems and Countermeasures of the financial performance of the NEEQ Logistics Listed Companies;the last part is the research conclusion and enlightenment.
