| With the rapid development of market economy,especially the advent of the Internet era,the competition among all walks of life is becoming increasingly fierce.Many single business enterprises can not make profits in the fierce competition,and they are looking for new ways.So the ecotype enterprises come into being.Ecotype enterprises have the characteristics of diversity of ecosystem members,ecological dependence and ecological self-reliance.Due to the characteristics of ecological enterprises,the number of related parties of related transactions in the ecosystem will increase dramatically,the types and numbers of related transactions will also increase significantly,and the permeability of related transactions among members will be stronger,which will bring more complex and variable financial risks.Therefore,it is necessary to study the financial risks of the related transactions of ecotype enterprises.Through the literature review of scholars at home and abroad,it is found that scholars at home and abroad have rich and in-depth research on enterprise ecosystem,related transactions among enterprises and financial risks caused by related transactions,including empirical research and case analysis.However,there is little analysis on the financial risks caused by the internal connected transactions of new companies such as ecotype enterprises.Therefore,based on LETV,a typical ecotype enterprise,this paper first analyzes the ecosystem strategy it implements,and then classifies and analyzes its connected transactions on this basis.It is found that: the number of connected transactions of LETV from 2014 to 2016 is very large,which is consistent with the characteristics of connected transactions of ecotype enterprises;then according to the classification of related transactions,this paper analyzes the financial risks caused by related transactions,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the financial risks caused by different types of related transactions. |
