Research On The Acting Treasury Business Of Jiangxi Bank

In recent years,the business of commercial banks has developed very fast,and the business space is also expanding.With the assistance of the national policy,many commercial banks use the treasury agency business to participate in the government's capital turnover and budget work.Commercial banks acting for the treasury is the main component of the treasury mechanism,and is an effective supplement for the central bank to manage treasury business.However,due to the rapid development of regional economy and the continuous promotion of the reform of finance,taxation and financial system,commercial banks have to face more and more obvious problems under the condition of acting as treasury business,which has become a difficult problem to restrict the central bank to actively implement the responsibility of the manager of the treasury.How to strengthen the supervision of acting treasury business,strengthen internal control and avoid treasury fund risk is an urgent problem.Based on this,this paper takes the Bank of Jiangxi as a case study,and analyzes its acting treasury business.According to the methods of giving,researching and dealing with the problems,this paper discusses the Bank of Jiangxi acting as the treasury business.As the only provincial-level city commercial bank in Jiangxi Province,Bank of Jiangxi has made rapid progress in acting treasury business,achieving such achievements as continuous increase of agency business space,rapid development of acting treasury business,and more and more compliance of business management.However,through questionnaire survey,it is learned that various problems need to be dealt with in this link,which is reflected in incomplete system in fact,the supervision responsibility is not strong,the accounting work is not compliant,the business operation system technology is not strong,and the staff's sense of responsibility is not strong;further analysis of the reasons,mainly reflected in the small interests of commercial banks acting for the treasury business,the regulatory law of commercial banks acting for the treasury business has certain defects,the bank management system is not perfect,and the management personnel of Bank of Jiangxi are not very good on the premise of referring to the experience of domestic and foreign commercial banks,this paper gives the scheme reference of Jiangxi bank acting for National Treasury: improving the operating efficiency of commercial banks acting for national treasury;strengthening the supervision of commercial banks acting for national treasury;standardizing the internal management mechanism of Jiangxi bank;strengthening the bank acting for national treasury pay attention to the degree and personnel management.This research has become the innovation of research angle and research content.First,this paper regards Bank of Jiangxi as the research object,analyzes the situation of acting treasury business of commercial banks from the perspective of research questions,achieves the suitability and practical analysis of acting treasury business of commercial banks,and also provides a useful trial for the development of other banks in this field;second,using the method of field research to issue a questionnaire to find the Bank of Jiangxi in the agent country Based on the problems and reasons of treasury business,according to the relevant experience at home and abroad,this paper gives the scheme reference of Jiangxi bank acting treasury business,hoping to provide some reference for the development of Jiangxi bank business.
