Research On The Motivation And P Erformance Of "Miss You" Merger And Acquisition Of "Baicaowei"

With the rapid development of China's economy,the agricultural products processing enterprises in the consumer market environment continue to mature,and gradually developed into a small store,large supermarket and convenience store and other ways coexist entity sales mode.However,in recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and the popularization of e-commerce,the sales of physical stores are facing the situation of being replaced.So how to quickly adapt to the development of the times and successfully realize the sales transformation is the problem that traditional enterprises in China need to solve.This paper studies the process of seeking the way of M & A in the face of financial difficulties,taking "miss you so much" as an example."I miss you" as the first stock of Chinese jujube enterprises,it is of representative significance to study its M & a performance.First of all,this paper elaborates the research background,significance and literature review of case enterprises.Secondly,summarizing the experience in the combing and learning of Chinese and foreign literatures and theories,analyzing the problems existing in the "Internet plus" background of agricultural products processing enterprises,and introducing the problems existing in the development process of "you hao" and "Bai Cao Wei",and analyzing the motives of M & A.Then,from the short-term performance and long-term performance,we compare and analyze the relevant indicators before and after the M & A.The short-term performance adopts the event research method.Through the analysis,we can see that the acquisition has a positive impact on the short-term performance of "miss you so much".The long-term performance selects the financial data from 2013 to 2018,and uses traditional financial indicators and EVA related indicators for comparative analysis.Finally,this paper summarizes and analyzes the M & a event,and concludes that the EVA index evaluation method can reflect the real value of the enterprise more objectively and truly.It also summarizes the Enlightenment of the M & a event of "I miss you so much" to China's agricultural product processing enterprises,and points out the direction that agricultural product processing enterprises need to learn and learn from in the future development process.
