Financial Risk Evaluation And Control Of YY Agricultural Company From The Perspective Of Strategic Management

With the development of economy,all walks of life also develop rapidly.In the development process of the company,there will inevitably be financial risks,and the impact of different degrees of financial risks on the company is not the same.In view of the financial risk in the development process,if the company does not pay attention to it in time,it will lead to the company can not survive.Only pay attention to the production and sales volume and profits,but ignore the financial risk control,and develop independently from the large development market of the industry,which eventually leads to the company's capital chain breaking,resulting in the failure of operation,even debt.In addition to paying attention to financial risks,the industry market,government policies and the company's own development from a strategic perspective are all factors that affect the company's overall financial development.Therefore,the combination of strategic management and financial analysis,macro analysis and strengthen management,do a good job in preventive measures,to ensure the liquidity of the company's funds,so that the company continues to develop.The study takes YY company as the main research objective,uses the relevant theories and research results of strategic management and financial risk,selects appropriate methods and analyzes them.From the macro perspective of the company,the macro perspective of the company's industry policy,economy,society and technology,the development situation in the industry and the opportunities and challenges faced by the company's own advantages and disadvantages are analyzed from all aspects.According to the four aspects of financial risk: financing risk,investment risk,operation risk and cash flow risk,this paper makes a comparative study on the financial aspects of the company.First of all,select the relevant financial data of YY company in 2014-2018 as the analysis object,combined with the current actual business situation of the company,adopt the analytic hierarchy process,establish the financial risk evaluation model,systematically analyze the financial situation,including identifying the type,severity and possibility of financial risk occurrence.According to the preliminary analysis and research of this study,the cash flow risk of YY company is very high.And for the results from the strategic point of view and financial point of view respectively put forward countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to help the company improve the level of anti risk.As an agricultural company with more than 20 years of operation experience,the analysis results of this study will provide some reference opinions for the major decision-making adjustment of the company's management,so that the sustainable and healthy operation of the company can go on and promote the further development of the company.
