Since the 2008 financial crisis,countries economy is still weak,the economic development of our country also faces enormous challenges.By capacity scale,the freight rate fluctuations,the trade friction,destination trade demand,soaring fuel prices,such as world trade continues to weaken,shipping market condition,the shipbuilding industry downturn,the shipping service industry development is very difficult.In this context,ship supply difficult enterprise development,market competition is intense,serious product homogeneity,etc.The situation is not optimistic.Ship supply enterprises,therefore,the quality of service quality to a certain extent determines the enterprise whether stable customers and attract new customers,whether the steady development and growth.The ship supply enterprises under the background of the current difficult environment,competitive,studies of the development of the service marketing theory has a positive meaning,also is the inevitable choice under the current conditions.Based on the R ship supply company as the research subject,aims to research on the theory of service marketing,service marketing strategy for R company.In this paper,based on the concepts of service marketing,choose the typical 7Ps marketing theory,analysis and summary about the present situation of R company service marketing;In R company using questionnaire survey method,combining service marketing problems and the reasons were analyzed and summarized;Adopt SWOT R company,and the current marketing environment is analyzed,and then targeted to R company internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats were analyzed.Comprehensive research and analysis above,formulate scientific and effective service for R company marketing strategy.R of the original enterprise management decision oriented company 4Ps marketing strategy is backward,and need to make the pursuit of quality of service oriented 7Ps marketing strategy,the company's development has a positive role for the current R.Simultaneity,the implementation of security measures to ensure the effective implementation of its service marketing strategy.In the backdrop of the global economy remains uncertain,the enterprises to understand their own situation,analysis of market environment,developing scientific and effective marketing strategy is very necessary,in order to R company strengthened in service marketing,which in turn help the smooth transition of the development in the current difficult period.
