| In recent years,with the increasing trade friction between China and the United States and the increasingly serious domestic overcapacity,the domestic and foreign trade clothing industry is facing an increasingly serious situation.As a traditional laborintensive industry,the competitive advantage of domestic and foreign trade clothing companies is declining with the increase of domestic labor cost and raw material price.The gradual rise of Southeast Asia's garment manufacturing industry has brought unprecedented competitive pressure to the whole domestic and foreign trade garment industry.How to maintain the competitive advantage and keep a sustainable growth in business has become a top priority for foreign trade garment enterprises.To improve the quality of foreign trade clothing products is obviously one of the important ways to solve this issue,we must strengthen the quality control of the production process to improve the quality of products and make customers satisfied.Effective quality control is a dispensable part to provide quality assurance,improve product quality,promote the development of enterprises,win the market and gain profits.Quality control is a series of activities and technology adopted during operation and production to meet the quality requirements.By monitoring the process of production,the factors caused nonconformity or unsatisfactory effect at all stages of the quality environment should be eliminated.The ultimate goal is to ensure that the product can meet the requirements.GS company has accumulated rich experience in foreign trade garment production over years of development,achieved some achievements along with many problems as well,especially the quality issue has not been effectively solved.It is necessary and urgent to study the quality control of foreign trade clothing products.GS company has saved a large number of data related to product production after years of information construction.A sample of 494 production orders with 13 attributes is randomly selected from GS company's PLM system by this paper.It can be used by data mining technology to analyze these data and find out the key factors affecting quality,so as to point out the direction for improving product quality.After analyzing the current situation of GS company's foreign trade clothing product quality control,this paper chooses the decision tree which is easy to understand and realize,uses C4.5 algorithm to build the quality control model.After the model is built,the credibility of the model is verified and its classification accuracy rate reaches 82%,it is useful to apply it to the quality control research of GS company.Running the quality data of GS company on the decision tree model,it is concluded that the key factors affecting the quality of foreign trade clothing are workmanship grade,fabric grade and appearance grade.After analyzing the three key factors and combining with 5M1 E method to analyze the quality problems in the production process of GS company,the quality control solutions are given from the aspects of personnel,materials,machines,methods and environment.This paper makes the implementation plan and steps for GS company,and provides strong guarantee measures in organization,technology and capital to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan.Quality control is not be resolved once and for all.With the development of social production technology,there will be new problems and challenges.We should keep pace with the times and constantly use new methods to solve new problems!... |
