| With the integration of Internet technology into all walks of life and the development of the manufacturing industry,the introduction of electronic and electrical products continues to accelerate,and the number of waste household appliances that are eliminated by consumers is also increasing.How to properly treat these wastes has become a Difficult problems that society needs to solve.Recently,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the recycling process of waste electronic and electrical products and the construction of reverse logistics networks,and accordingly put forward many constructive opinions.Reasonable recycling of used appliances can not only protect the environment and reduce resource pollution,but also help manufacturers reduce raw material procurement costs and product manufacturing costs,further save social resources,and enhance the corporate public image.Therefore,building a good recycling network is vital and far-reaching for both society and business.This thesis first discusses and defines the concept of the reverse logistics network of waste household appliances,then discusses the construction purpose and operation process of the reverse logistics network of waste household appliances,and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the four existing recycling models.After that,the reverse logistics recycling network of the used washing machine was taken as the research object,and the goal was to maximize profit.The single-period and multiperiod reverse logistics network models under the manufacturer’s recycling model were constructed,ranging from recycling,disassembly testing,remanufacturing,and disposal.Four links plan the reverse logistics network.The storage cost,transportation cost,production cost,fixed construction cost,carbon emission cost,etc.of the used washing machine in the reverse logistics network are discussed in detail,and the sales of finished products,raw material sales,government subsidies,and consumer prepayment disposal fees are also discussed.Based on the future revenue,the corresponding logistics balance constraints,node maximum workload constraints,and variable value range constraints are established,and the optimization model of the reverse logistics network is derived.When constructing a reverse logistics network,considering that consumers,as consumers,should also take part of the responsibility for the recycling of waste products,a prepayment treatment method is adopted to enhance consumers’ awareness of reasonable recycling of waste products.Finally,in the case analysis chapter,a model of a certain company’s washing machine is taken as a case,the actual production and sales data is brought into the model,and the model is solved using LINGO12.0.And a sensitivity analysis is done for the parameters in the model. |
