After years of development,Chinese telecommunications industry has changed from the imitation level to the same level of the world. In the era of 5G,Chinese communication technology has even been in the leading position in the world. However,in recent years, there has been a phenomenon of senior Executives' reduction of telecommunications companies listed in the SMEs,at the same time, the performance of the SMEs' telecommunications industry has also shown a downward trend. This paper chooses SUNA,a representative company in the SMEs' telecommunication industry,as the research object, and tries to explore the relationship between the change of executive stock ownership and the company's long-term performance and short-term price of stock,so as to provide suggestions for the future development of SUNA and SMEs' telecommunication industry.Firstly, this paper combs the literature, defines the relevant concepts, and summarizes the relevant theories and research methods.Regarding the influence of the change of executive stock ownership on the long-term performance of the company, the least square method is used to construct the regression model with absolute indicators such as gross profit and earnings per share as explanatory variables, and the proportion of executive stock ownership as explanatory variables. For the impact of the change of executive shareholding on the short-term price of stock, this paper uses the event study method to explore the impact of executive shareholding reduction on the short-term performance of the company.Through the empirical research results,we find that there is a positive correlation between the change of senior managers' shareholding and the company's long-term performance and short-term price of stock. In the long run, corporate performance has also been significantly deteriorated when senior executives reduced the proportion of SUNA Stock Exchange. In the short term,we use the event study method to find that the shareholders of the company have obtained significant negative abnormal returns during the event window.
