Research On Internal Control System Of Internet Microfinance Company

The Internet small loan is a new financial form in recent years,which has the characteristics of diversified financial service scenarios,broad market space,rapid development and change,and huge potential risks,which brings great challenges to the internal control construction of Internet micro loan companies.Moreover,the bankruptcy of Internet small loan companies or their cooperative institutions has been constantly emerging,which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life,as well as the continuous strengthening of government supervision.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the internal control system of Internet microfinance companies.Based on the research results of Internet microfinance,this paper compares and summarizes the similarities and differences of internal control between the Internet microfinance industry and the traditional microfinance industry,and then selects the head enterprise F company,based on the COSO theory and the characteristics of Internet microfinance company,analyzes the internal control system of F company.There are several problems such as weak internal control consciousness,few professional talents,incomplete risk assessment management system and risk assessments,lack of prior control and preventive measures,etc.,and give targeted improvement suggestions for internal control in internet microfinance company,including strengthening the construction of internal control talents echelon,using fuzzy AHP method to assess risks,structuring a comprehensive control activity system,building the information communication firewall of microloan management system,setting up audit center to carry out independent evaluation activities at high-risk departments.
