Research On The Risk Management Of Equity-based Crowdfunding Platform In China

In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,equity-based crowdfunding has become a new form of equity financing,which enriches the financing methods of enterprises and makes new contributions to China's financial innovation.However,due to the lack of relevant laws and regulations in China,the equity-based crowdfunding platform has not established an effective risk management system,which leads to the decline of the development of the equity-based crowdfunding industry in China.Therefore,the research on the risk management of equity-based crowdfunding platform has certain significance and value,which is conducive to the benign development of equity-based crowdfunding platform.Although domestic scholars do a lot of research on risk prevention of equity-based crowdfunding,most of it is theoretical research,and little of it is combined with practical cases.In this paper,through case analysis,from the perspective of the project life cycle research "the state" platform encountered in the process of financing risk and put forward relevant Suggestions,such as perfect investors audit,optimize led party choice process,perfect the enterprise mechanism,perfect the third party supervision mechanism,setting up investors a cooling-off period,improve the information disclosure mechanism,etc.,which have certain reference significance to the risks of other equity-based crowdfunding platformsSecondly,this paper uses comparative analysis to compare and analyze laws and regulations of different overseas countries and risk management of equity-based crowdfunding platforms in different overseas countries,thus bringing some enlightenment to the development and risk management of equity-based crowdfunding industry in China.
