In recent years,employees’ salary satisfaction has gradually received more attention.Through the salary satisfaction survey,we can understand the real needs and feelings of employees for salary,which is conducive to helping enterprises find problems in management.This research mainly adopts the form of questionnaire,which is carried out among the enterprise employees in Wuhan,Huangshi,Xiantao,Yichang,Jingzhou,Shiyan,Jingmen,Xiaogan and other regions in Hubei Province.Based on the two micro survey data of labor force in 2008 and 2017 of traditional industries in Hubei Province,compared with the changes of employee salary satisfaction in 2008 and 2017,the key factors are preliminarily studied The effective improvement of management and the improvement of employees’ salary satisfaction provide certain theoretical basis and suggestions.First,through descriptive statistical comparison,it is found that the employee satisfaction of Hubei enterprises in 2017 is higher than that in 2008,and age shows a "U" relationship with employee salary satisfaction.Secondly,through the binary classification Logistic regression model combined with multi-factor modeling,it was further found that academic qualifications,salary arrears,employment discrimination,and overtime payment standards have a significant impact on 2017 employee salary satisfaction.The regression coefficients of N have a negative effect on salary satisfaction,and the regression coefficients of overtime salary payment standards have a positive effect on salary satisfaction.Signing of gender and labor contracts had no significant impact.The age and position that significantly affect the company ’s employee salary satisfaction in 2008 are no longer significant factors in 2017.Finally,the Bayesian binary quantile regression model is used to further compare the changes and differences of various influencing factors at different quantile levels.According to statutory standards,there are obvious heterogeneities under the comparison of different years,and the influence of each quantile level on the satisfaction of employees ’salary in 2017 is greater than that in 2008.Based on the above analysis results,some suggestions for improving employee salary satisfaction are put forward for reference.These suggestions have a certain reference significance for improving the management of employee satisfaction system in Hubei Province at the microscopic level and improving the people’s livelihood at the macroscopic level.
