Research On Financial Risk Control Of KL Company: On Efficacy Coefficient Method

Enterprise financial risk research is a hot topic in academic research at home and abroad.The early warning research of financial risk is an inevitable extension of financial risk research.This article takes KL company,a specialized operation company of China's national defense mine industry,as an example.Through the collection of multi-dimensional financial indicator data of sample enterprises,combined with the industry characteristics of KL company,the improved efficiency coefficient method is applied to KL company.Field investigations and in-depth studies were conducted on the risk warning situation.Through the method of constructing the risk early warning indicator system,supplemented by the financial data of KL company for the past three years,it judges and warns the risk level of KL company,and then solves the problems and shortcomings of KL company in financial management make a suggest for improvement.The innovation of this research lies in the applicability modification of the efficacy coefficient method,which greatly improves the accuracy and operability of the financial risk warning.This has a positive reference for small and medium-sized enterprises such as KL.
