| In recent years,with the development of China’s economy,Compared with the development stage of 30 years after reform and opening-up,the management level of Chinese enterprises has been put forward higher requirements,both in terms of development level and development quality.Especially since China’s join into WTO,it has been facing increasingly fierce countries.The international business competition environment needs to survive first and then develop.Domestic large enterprises should compete with large multinational corporations in Europe,America,Japan and South Korea in the international market and get rid of the rigid and inefficient management mode of state-owned enterprises in the past.Enterprises require survival and development,annual business indicators,short-term goals and long-term vision to be achieved.These must depend on whether organizational performance can be effectively improved,and whether organizational performance can be effectively improved must be based on the micro-level to achieve effective team performance and employee performance improvement.Therefore,how to effectively improve employee performance,it has been an very hot research topic,in enterprise management.Of course,There are many ways to improve employee performance.This paper tries to start with the type of leadership to study which type of leadership has a positive impact on employee performance.Recently,the type of humble leadership is a research hotspot.Therefore,it is considered to conduct an empirical study on the impact of humble leadership on employee performance.This study is based on the theory of implicit leadership and the theory of social identity.Through the mechanism analysis of the influence of humble leadership on employee performance,this paper explores how leadership identity plays a mediating role between humble leadership and employee performance,and whether leadership prototype has a moderating effect between humble leadership and leadership identity.This paper attempts to verify the potential relationship between variables by empirical method,revealing the logical relevance of the theoretical model framework,in order to expect to gain in the theoretical level,in the practical level can be a certain guiding significance,in the enterprise management to bring some inspiration.In view of this status,based on the theoretical model,this paper proposes five hypotheses based on the theoretical model: 1.Humble leadership has a positive impact on employee performance;2.Humble leadership has a positive impact on leadership identity;3.Leadership identity has a positive impact on employee performance;4.Leadership identity plays an intermediary role between humble leadership and employee performance;5.Leadership prototype in humility Type leadership and leadership identity play a moderating role. |
