Research On Sustainable Growth Of Semir

Since the beginning of this century,world economic and political pattern has been in a state of turbulence,which will inevitably cause negative 17-effects on the world economy at the macro level;and the situation of enterprises in the micro level will also be affected by the economic problems at the macro level.Under this prior condition,how to survive in fierce competition and realize sustainable development has become a difficult problem that enterprises must solve.Based on the enterprise's own financial perspective,this paper uses the financial model to analyze the process of enterprise development in depth,find out the problems encountered by enterprises in the process of achieving sustainable growth,and then summarizes the macro and micro policy background influence,and explores the way to make the enterprise development steady and increase,that is,to realize the sustainable growth of the enterprise has practical significance worth studying.This paper starts with the relevant theories of sustainable growth,summarizes the theoretical basis of the scholars who study this theory,and then selects the Higgins model which is generally accepted in the industry after analysis.Secondly,Semir,the top enterprise in the leisure clothing industry,is selected as the case study object.Semir's performance growth momentum was rapid when it was listed in 2011.In 2012,there were problems in the operation and development of Semir,and all data indicators fell to the bottom.But since 2013,Semir began to seek a new way out in adversity,and several measures were put forward in time,which made Semir return to a safe state.Now,for example,the problems of Semir once existed are common in the clothing industry,so Semir's experience is worthy of reference for relevant enterprises.This paper selects the financial data of Semir from 2011 to 2018 for financial analysis and sustainable growth analysis.Combining with the development path of Semir,it explores the problems in the management of business efficiency and other aspects,and summarizes the measures that Semir has taken to basically achieve sustainable growth.It puts forward the Countermeasures for reference: closing the stores with low profitability to reduce the operating costs Enterprises in adversity reduce financial pressure;actively carry out e-commerce business,so as to digest inventory;understand market demand,improve the supply chain between upstream and downstream enterprises;always maintain a stable dividend policy to obtain investor trust,and ensure the company's stable capital demand dividend policy to ensure the company's capital demand.
