Research On The Securitization Risks And Prevention Of Factoring Assets In Supply Chain Finance

At present,the development of supply chain finance in China is still in the primary stage.With the rapid development of accounts receivable and financial technology,supply chain finance benefits a lot and develops rapidly.At the same time,supply chain financial asset securitization is widely used in various fields.The most important way of financing in supply chain finance is receivables financing.At present,the premise of accelerating the development of supply chain finance in China is the continuous growth of receivables in the market,thus forming a new financial model.It is an innovative supply chain financing mode to take the accounts receivable generated by the supplier as the basic asset and carry out asset securitization based on it.The upstream suppliers of supply chain can improve the efficiency of managing the accounts payable period and cash flow of core enterprises by collecting accounts receivable.The use of financial instruments asset securitization can reduce the comprehensive financing cost of the upstream and downstream ends of the supply chain,thus greatly optimize the corporate statements,effectively balance the interests of all parties in the supply chain,and promote the healthy development of the closed-loop industrial chain that has been running.Based on the basic theory of asset securitization and risk prevention of supply chain financial factoring,this paper analyzes the current situation of asset securitization of supply chain financial factoring in China.Through the case analysis of "Weiqiao factoring supply chain financial asset securitization",this paper analyzes the main participants,transaction structure,asset pool status,risk distribution and obtains corresponding enlightenment.It concludes that the main risks of supply chain financial factoring asset securitization are supply chain main body risk,basic asset quality risk,core enterprise credit risk,enterprise industry risk and information transmission Delivery risk and transaction structure risk.In view of these risks,this paper makes a detailed analysis and puts forward the corresponding risk prevention measures.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the new risk prevention model of supply chain financial factoring asset securitization in the future.
