Research On Risk Control Of Project Investment Risk

At present,with the diversified development of global economy,private equity investment has entered the stage of iteration and upgrading,which has a great impact on the world financial market.Especially in recent years,China's private equity investment has also experienced a rapid development process,but its development process is short,fast,there are many drawbacks,such as in the fund-raising,project selection,tracking control and profit promotion,there are still some problems and shortcomings,which need to be improved.Based on the above,in order to thoroughly analyze the uncertain risks in all aspects of private equity investment in China,it is particularly critical to establish a timely and effective prevention and response mechanism.In view of the extensive research content of the subject of private equity investment,this paper regards small and medium-sized private equity investment as the key research content.In the paper writing,firstly,the background and significance of the topic are discussed in general,and the framework and ideas of the paper writing are clarified,which paves the way for further research.Secondly,this paper elaborates the domestic and foreign research situation of private equity investment,summarizes the domestic and foreign research results on risk classification and risk control,and points out the research direction of this paper on the basis of pointing out the shortcomings of domestic and foreign research.Thirdly,in order to deepen and concretize the research content of this paper,we take the WT project of HT Investment Company as an example to analyze the risks of private equity investment projects,and focus on the risk control.Finally,at the end of the paper,it summarizes the private equity investment and puts forward corresponding suggestions.Private equity investment is mostly invested in small and medium-sized enterprises and technological innovative enterprises,and the purpose of capital circulation is to "seek profits" and investors pursue "benefits" in the short term.This leads to contradictions with long-term investment in technological innovation,and this investment often has the risk of failure,which is put forward to investors.In order to meet the higher requirements,risk analysis and control should be carried out in the whole process and all-round way.
