Mechanical properties of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) films blended with di-cumyl peroxide modified ultra-low density polyethylene (ULDPE)

The aim of thesis is to study the effect of blending LDPE with ULDPE on Mechanical Properties of the film and to Study the effect of blending LDPE with peroxide modified ULDPE on Mechanical Properties of the film.;ULDPE blended with peroxide was mixed in different proportions with LDPE and then cast into films of 2 mil thickness. Peroxide adds entanglement to the chains. In today's demanding applications, it will be helpful to study the effects of modifying the composition to get films with better mechanical properties.
