| This study proposed to better understand the role of change readiness in supporting Information Management Information Systems (IMIS) staff through organizational change by answering the following research question: What change readiness practices can be embedded in IMIS to support staff through change? The target population included staff representation from the five internal IMIS portfolios. Using a qualitative action research orientation, this study employed a focus group and a World Cafe large group conversation for data collection. A qualitative data analysis approach was utilized to arrive at emergent themes that were reported as the study's findings. Trustworthiness of findings was developed through credibility and application of data triangulation procedures. All research activities were guided by Royal Roads University ethics guidelines. Deliverables included a Final Project Report made available to project stakeholders. |
