| Arbitration has increasingly become a popular method for resolving disputes between labor groups and management. As the cost of healthcare continues to rise, many healthcare organizations are turning towards arbitration as an alternative to litigation to resolve workplace differences. This project will examine the advantages and disadvantages that arbitration has to offer.
