Abstract/Summary:
As a result of previous study, the necessity for auditors to document object evidence into an audit checklist has emerged as a critical factor in the completion of a meaningful, acceptable audit.;The objective evidence serves as the basis for an auditor to conclude whether an audited organization is or is not effectively implementing their Quality Assurance Program. If the auditor fails to record the objective evidence reviewed, it becomes difficult, if not impossible for any party reviewing the auditor's checklist to arrive at the same conclusions.;The results of the previous study demonstrated the need for the development of a Quality Audit Philosophy Handbook as a method to improve auditor performance. Appendix A of this project addresses the Quality Audit Philosophy Handbook.
