ctivity and energy budgets of Red-tailed Hawks (Buteo jamaicensis) in an urban/suburban landscape around Syracuse, New York were calculated between September 1988 and November 1989. Energy budgets were generated using a simulation model that incorporates the average daily activity budget and ambient temperatures.
