Tissue Engineering is one of the prominent governing methods to erect engineered tissues to repair or replace organs, treat distinct disease like cancer. Fabricating the cells encapsulated in a bio-polymer, with anticipated biological functioning develops into an imperative encounter. Various fabrication techniques for this purpose, have enriched due to their repeatability, efficiency and precised dispensing at macro and micro scales.;A 3D biopolymer dispensing system was developed for extruding cell-laden collagen droplet on the PDMS against the magnetic pillar in one half of the well, to analyze the mechanical properties of cells by means of magnetic actuation. Firstly, the factors governing the technique were studied by dispensing Distill water and Collagen in PBS onto the pillars out of solenoid micro valve and piezoelectric micro valve. The size of droplet was measured and analyzed between different nozzle diameters from the effects on factors perspective. Based on the output, the solenoid micro valve was selected to extrude cell-laden collagen droplets as it was favorable at room temperature. It was observed that the cell concentration from 0.0075" nozzle diameter was optimal with respect to the amount dispensed on the PDMS and the pace of condensation around the pillar from a daily basis. Also, a cytotoxicity test was performed to ensure the cell survivability after 4 days in incubation at 37oC.
