Antibiotic pollution as an important issue of environmental pollution has plagued researchers of domestic and foreign.Tetracycline is one of the world's largest use of antibiotics,its difficult to degrade and easy enrichment features have a profound impact on the ecological environment and human health.Use of biological methods to repair antibiotic pollution is the rise of a new research direction in recent years,including bioremediation,phytoremediation,Microorganisms and plant synergistic effect repair.This paper experiment based on preliminary research of lab and further research strain Trichosporon mycotoxinivorans XPY-10 the effect of tetracycline degradation,discussion its culture conditions,media formulations and ability to removal of antibiotics with plant Synergistic effect,provide two theoretical basis of the strains individually or in combination.The results show that XPY-10 ability to adapt to the environment,can grow between pH2-9.It grows during the course of little oxygen demand,suitable culture temperature between 20?-40? and lethal temperature between 60?-65?.The strain of several common antibiotics such as chloramphenicol,ampicillin,kanamycin sulfate and a concentration of griseofulvin insensitive,but to the disinfectants of sodium hypochlorite,hydrogen peroxide,lime water are highly sensitive.Response surface method for the degradation of cultured XPY-10 is optimized,the results show the optimized media formulations:glucose 2.78g,peptone 6 g,KH2PO40.5 g,K2HPO4 1.5 g,NaCl 0.5 g,(NH4)2SO4 1.5 g,FeSO40.24 g,distilled water 1000mL,pH 7.83.Under cultured conditions of 150r/min,30? and 8d,prediction of extreme degradation of tetracycline for 95.18%,the experimental test average of 92.50%,compared with 13.09%increase single factor optimization.Inoculated the strain XPY-10 can significantly improve the water hyacinth removal of tetracycline.When tetracycline concentration of 100mg/L,inoculation 3%XPY-10 bacteria solution,cultured at room temperature and 7d tetracycline removal of water hyacinth can achieve at 83.80%,significantly higher than 36.50%of not inoculated.Tetracycline degradation products preliminary toxicological experiments,which showed that the 225mg/kg total dose to male Kunming mice were fed,in the 14d all mice survived with no obvious signs of intoxication and all dirty is no obvious lesions.
